Where is the academy located?

We currently operate in two locations: Oakville and Hamilton. Each location offers the same core programs with location-specific schedules.

Who can join Perform Elite Football Academy?

Any motivated player, regardless of skill level, who is eager to improve and committed to the process is welcome to join. No tryout is required for our foundational development programs.

What’s the difference between Oakville and Hamilton programs?

Both locations offer identical training programs, coaching standards, and development models. Schedule and field locations may vary slightly.

Who are the coaches at Perform Elite?

What coaching certifications do your coaches have?

All coaches hold certifications from Ontario Soccer and/or Canada Soccer. Some also have backgrounds in strength & conditioning, sport science, and physiotherapy.Every coach brings a different perspective to the academy.

What makes your coaching unique?

We combine technical training with game intelligence, athletic development, and individualized feedback. We don’t just coach players—we mentor them.

How do I register my child?

You can register through our website. Just select your location (Oakville or Hamilton) and follow the steps on the program page.

Can parents watch training sessions?

Absolutely. We encourage parents to support but ask that they respect coaching boundaries during sessions.

How do coaches communicate with parents?

We use email, messaging platforms, and parent meetings to ensure clear and consistent communication.

What is expected from parents?

Support, encouragement, and trust in the process. We ask parents to let coaches coach, and players play.

Can my child move up to more competitive programs?

Yes. Players who show strong progress may be recommended for high-performance training or advanced playing opportunities.

How often do teams train and play?

Training typically occurs 2–3 times per week with games or scrimmages on weekends, depending on the season and age group.

What is the focus of the training?

Our training focuses on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, football IQ, and mental resilience.

Do you play in leagues or tournaments?

We primarily focus on development through structured training and internal matches but may participate in select leagues or tournaments depending on the season.

Is there a tryout process?

Not for the Elite Development Program. For advanced or high-performance programs launching soon, a tryout or evaluation may be required.

What are the costs?

Costs vary depending on the program and season length. Full pricing is listed on each program page.

Where are the training locations?

• Oakville sessions are held at Fowley Park.

• Hamilton locations will be confirmed soon on the location page.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, flexible monthly payment options are available.

What happens in bad weather?

We notify all players/parents of any cancellations or indoor alternatives at least 1–2 hours before session time.

How do you track player progress?

We conduct ongoing assessments, give regular feedback, and provide reports on technical, tactical, and physical development.

Will my child get individual attention?

Yes. We maintain low coach-to-player ratios to ensure personalized development.

What is your injury prevention approach?

We include warm-ups, mobility work, and progressive training to reduce injury risk. Our partnership with KinElite Lab will enhance injury prevention even further.

What happens if my child gets injured?

We work closely with sports therapists and provide recovery guidance. Players can return through a monitored reintegration plan.
