Coach Z
3rd Year Kin | Canada C License | Founder | Athletic Trainer | Former League 1 Player | CSEP…
Honestly the coaching journey for me started with a bad interaction with a coach. Stuck with me ever since. My goal is to completely change the Canadian coaching system and improve it drastically. As a third-year kinesiology student with hands-on experience as a student physiotherapist and athletic trainer, and experience in League 1 Ontario Soccer. I have a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of football. Having coached at various levels, from youth to competitive, I’ve developed a passion for helping athletes unlock their full potential.
Through Perform Elite Football, my goal is to provide young players with personalized coaching, focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning. No one like to get screamed at or bossed around. The beautiful sport of football is something that we love and shouldn’t be taught in a hostile way. I’m committed to creating a fun yet challenging environment where players can develop and refine their abilities—whether they’re aiming for local teams or higher levels of play.
